About
Who Are We
EAGK Suffolk is ran by Co Owner Stefan Robson who is current Head of Women's Goalkeeping and Head of Academy Goalkeeping at AFC Sudbury.
He started playing in goal at the age 8 at a local grassroots club, progressing onto represent his County and ITFC Academy where he was coached by professionals like James Hollman, Malcolm Webster and Fred Barber.
Moving into adult football where he represented local clubs until giving up to concentrate on coaching Full Time at the age of 21. Now 37 he has vast experience working with all levels of goalkeepers across various age groups.
Our sole purpose is to let every Goalkeeper progress on their own journey whether that be for fun or to move onto pro clubs.
With his Level 2 FA GK Coaching qualification and Masters in Goalkeeping Science Youth & Pro Level, the sessions are based on Technical/Tactical outcomes to help EACH GK understand what is needed at different key moments in and out of possession.

Our Methodology
Person BEFORE Player - Understand how each individual learns/works and they will then be able to thrive
Collaboration - Working closely with lead coaches to plan sessions based around the games ahead
Technical - Allowing everyone to enhance their knowledge and physical attributes
Tactical - Having a clear understanding of how the team plays in and out of possession. Making real decisions based around scenarios
Facilitate - Put on sessions that are thought provoking to allow the Goalkeepers to make their own decisions. By doing this we believe they will be able to self analyse quicker instead of TELLING them what to do
